General terms of sale

You hereby declare having acknowledged and accepted the present general terms of sale, payment conditions, as well as delivery and return conditions before placing your order. Validating your order is worth acceptance of these terms.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
All products sold by CapsuleTokyo  are purchased new in Asia. We guarantee the best quality.
Although taken with great care, the picture presenting a product and its description may not reflect with accuracy the product characteristics and CapsuleTokyo should not be held responsible consequently.

PRICES AND TAXES
Product prices are indicated on the technical sheet of each product. When you checkout your order the prices are in Dollar. With paypal or credit card you can pay in Dollar. Taxes are included in the price. All orders are dispatched from China. Your consignment  may be subject to customs duties and/or import taxes at its arrival in your country. Such fees are not included in the sales price and are borne by the buyer. CapsuleTokyo cannot predict if a package will be taxed or not and should not be held responsible for the application of customs fees or import taxes on the customer's consignment (as a general rule, small-size or low commercial value packages are not taxed).

MEANS OF PAYMENT: GENERAL CONDITIONS
We accept the following means of payment:

Payment by credit card or directly from our Paypal's account (NB: you do not need to open a Paypal account to pay by credit card using Paypal services) 
Please place your order normally on our website and choice paypal with credit card.

PLACING AN ORDER / ORDER CONFIRMATION
The order is placed once the customer has validated the order form recapitulating the ordered product(s) and agreed to the different terms of sale, payment, delivery and return. The order is firm once the buyer has proceeded to the payment of the total price and approved by CapsuleTokyo.
In principle, all products are available within the stock limits. CapsuleTokyo reserves the right to inform the customer of any temporary supply difficulties, and if the case arises, to refuse/cancel his order.
In the event of order cancellation and if the customer has already made his payment, CapsuleTokyo will refund the total amount as soon as possible.
CapsuleTokyo can not be held liable for shipping products for which importation is restricted by any laws or regulations in the country where the products are delivered. In case of doubt, the customer should make sure by himself that the importation of this product is authorized by the legislation of his country.

DELIVERY: GENERAL CONDITIONS
The rate of the shipment cost depends on the weight and destination country of the package. The ordered products are dispatched to the address indicated by the buyer within approximately 1 to 15 days from the date of order confirmation by CapsuleTokyo. Packages are sent by ups or Fedex (delivery within 2-5 days with tracker). 

The buyer is responsible for providing the exact postal address for the delivery. Shipping fees will not be refunded if a package is returned by the carrier due to invalid or incomplete delivery address.  

COMPLAINTS/RETURNS
If the products received are not in conformity with the order or present a manufacturer defect, the buyer can return them to "CapsuleTokyo  299-4303 chiba-ken chosei-gun ichinomiya-machi torami 7530.(Japan)" However, every return request reported to us later than 7 days after delivery will no longer be accepted for return.
We refund shipping only if the products received are not in conformity with the order or present a manufacturer defect. Upon receipt and verification of the nonconformity or defect item, CapsuleTokyo will exchange the product or in case it is not available, refund the customer with the item price via Paypal.

Please check that the clothes correspond your size before placing your order because returns are not accepted in this case.
